Priority of Usage (Click here for Schedule)
NO FEE: Fuel charge may apply
1. National / State Emergencies (this is mandated by the state as a priority and will be charged for trip only)
2. Northwest Piedmont Rapid Response Requests (notification would displace anyone else scheduled for this time)
3. State Rapid Response Request (notification would displace anyone else scheduled for this time and will be charged for cost of trip)
4. Northwest Piedmont JobLink Career Centers’ Activities to include Neighborhood JobLink Resource Centers (First Come First Serve and takes Priority over the other that follow)
5. Northwest Piedmont Workforce Development Board activities:
- Business Services
- Youth Council
- Literacy Task Force
- WIA Youth/Adult/Dislocated Worker
6. JobLink Partner request as the activity relates to JobLink Core Services
FEE FOR SERVICE: (all first come first serve)
- JobLink Career Center Partner for non-JobLink Career Center activity ($500 full day/$200 half day with $.50 per mile and no staffing; $20 per hour for JobLink Staff)
- Non-Profit Services to community as relates to Workforce Development ($500 full day/$200 half day with $.50 per mile and price negotiated per day per staff member needed)
- Business – Small (0-100 employees) $1,000 per day with $.50 per mile staffing provided)
- Business - Medium (101 – 750 employees) $1500 per day with $.50 per mile staffing provided)
- Business – Large (751+) $2,000 per day with $.50 per mile staffing provided
- Others in NWP Area $1500 per day with $.50 per mile price negotiated per day per staff member needed
- JobLink Career Center Activities outside NWP Area $500 full day/$200 half day with $.50 per mile price negotiated per day per staff member needed
- Others outside NWP Area $1500 per day with $.50 per mile (price negotiated per day per staff member needed)
Warning: Cancellation of previous scheduled events or interruption of services may suddenly occur as a result of an emergency, man-made or natural disaster.
Please be mindful and considerate of the following when requesting usage of the Mobile JobLink Center:
• The Mobile JobLink Center may be requested for a minimum of one-day usage or a maximum of two-weeks. An additional week beyond the maximum may be requested if scheduling permits and there is no pending engagement or other obligation.
• The Mobile JobLink Center must be scheduled around the availability of a driver’s schedule, routine upkeep and maintenance appointments.
• The Mobile JobLink Coordinator will respond within two business days from the initial date of request. The Coordinator will further draft an agreement letter for signature of the party that requests the mobile unit usage.
• Any modifications to a scheduled event must be reported to the Mobile JobLink Coordinator within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
