County JobLink Center has increased traffic flow by personnel
becoming trained to do job referrals through the ESC job site,
partnerships with new partners (Counseling Care Ministry,
Stokes Outreach Ministry, and Community Service Work Program).
A GED class is now conducted onsite at the center. Staff members
are also working with Stokes County Duke Endowment participants
in a C.N.A program. The philosophy of Stokes County is that
no matter what you need when you enter the door, "you
will leave with hope."
